Agriculture
Florida’s Second District is home to extensive row crops, peanuts, cotton, cattle, dairy, poultry, and some of the most productive forests in the nation. The agriculture industry is an integral part of the economy in the Second District.
I previously served as a member of the House Agriculture Committee and House-Senate conference committee charged with resolving the differences over the 2018 Farm. As the largest agricultural congressional district in Florida, I recognize how critical it is to be a strong voice for our farmers and foresters.
